Social media tip
This week’s tip is for those that use Instagram for business. There are two profile types available for Instagram – personal and business so it makes sense to switch your profile to business if you’ve not already done so. You get some nice business features including a Contact button, Insights and display of your address. Further buttons and features will be launched soon and a new ‘Book Appointment’ button was announced this week.
Tools talk
This week’s tool is the Facebook Messenger App (Android and iOS). Tremendously useful for personal use but increasingly so for business too. For example, group video calls and smart bots to improve communications and engagement with your business Page.

Instagram are reporting that they now have 120 million visitors per month.
