Twitter has just updated to their business section which provides a whole raft of useful information to people and companies using or thinking of using Twitter for business purposes.
Here’s a short video promoting the new business.twitter.com which also illustrates how Twitter can help businesses find new customers. I really like the line towards the end neatly sums up how Twitter can help, “Conversations lead to customers”.
In the revamped section you’ll find plenty of useful information and tips whether you’re a newbie to Twitter or an advanced user. For novices there’s a Twitter 101 section and for advanced users there’s plenty of advice on Best Practice.
All levels of users will find the numerous case studies (or success stories as Twitter calls them) very useful. They demonstrate the power of Twitter but from which useful lessons and tips can be picked up too.
