Tewkesbury Theatre have launched an engaging hashtag campaign using #FreeTweetSeats. The Theatre is providing free tickets to most of its shows in return for theatregoers tweeting, blogging and posting on Facebook about performances.
It’s a great idea to encourage people to have a conversation with the Theatre and to talk with their friends about it on their social networks. It provides a fair exchange of ‘tickets for tweets’; free tickets for theatregoers and raising of awareness and more customers for the theatre.
