Social media tip
Add all your social networks to the About section of your Facebook Profile to make you and your business more accessible. The social networks are currently displayed as links but Facebook are testing buttons, which would be more clickable.
Tools talk

Chat bots are great for automating customer services conversations and soon you’ll be able to sell good and services using them too. It’s going to be a big deal. 76%. According to Pew Research 76% of Facebook’s 1.86 billion users access the social network every day. The equivalent figures for Instagram (owned by Facebook) and Twitter are 51% and 42%.
