Question time
What’s your favourite social network?  Do let me know in the Comments below.

Social media tip
This week’s tip is for those that have a Facebook Page. Is your Facebook Page verified? Most Pages have the opportunity to be verified so if yours isn’t it’s time to obtain the grey verification tick. Verified Pages show that your business is authentic and make your Page more discoverable.

To verify your Page:
  1. Click Settings at the top of your Page
  2. Got to General, click Page Verification
  3. Click Verify this Page, then Get Started
  4. Enter a publicly listed phone number for your business (same number that’s displayed on your Page).
  5. Click Call Me Now to allow Facebook to call you with a verification code
  6. Enter the 4-digit verification code and click Continue

Tools talk
This week’s tool is Google’s Optimize which is now free to anyone with a website. In Google’s words, “Optimize helps any business test and deliver better website experiences”. So if you want to improve your customer services or shopping experience for visitors learn more and set up here.
